She received her M.A. in Education from Webster University and her B.A. in Elementary Education from Webster University. Holley has combined her background in education with her passion for healthy eating and physical activity to inspire people to achieve their wellness goals. She enjoys running, Pilates, and spending time with her husband and six children.

Maggie Danforth is a Registered Dietitian for MyWay to Health. She received her B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Missouri State University and completed her dietetic internship at the University of Oklahoma – Health Sciences Center. Maggie earned her Certification in Professional Coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Maggie has extensive experience in helping folks manage chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. She has also helped individuals using her coaching skills to build a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Maggie uses her expertise in nutrition, coaching, and mindfulness to empower individuals to access their unique path to wellbeing and self-care. With practical tools and compassionate support, Maggie helps people build a solid foundation for a long, happy, and healthy life.

Tina Day is the Clinical Lab Manager for the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. She received her BS in Clinical Research Management from Washington University in St. Louis and has over 19 years of experience in pediatric research. She believes that all children deserve to live a healthy and happy life and is passionate about ensuring that children have access to the quality healthcare that will allow them to do so.
Marie-Laure Firebaugh, LMSW

Marie-Laure Firebaugh is a clinical research specialist in the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. She received her Masters of Social Work from Washington University in St Louis in 2013. Marie-Laure has over 10 years of experience in managing research studies focusing on eating disorders and digital mental health. Additionally, in her position Marie-Laure serves as the Director of two initiatives through the Missouri Eating Disorders Council: Body U and 360 ED Trainings. Through these programs she is implementing a comprehensive online program for eating disorder screening as well as providing trainings for health and mental health providers on eating disorders across Missouri. Marie-Laure is passionate about increasing awareness of eating disorders and provide accessible evidence based treatment to treat them. In her spare time, Marie-Laure enjoys spending time with her family and practicing aerial arts.
Emily Fravel, MS, RD, LD

Emily Fravel is a registered dietitian and the Body U Teens Program Coordinator at the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition and Health from Kansas State University, as well as a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Kansas Medical Center. With prior experience in the treatment of eating disorders at both the partial hospitalization and outpatient levels, Emily focuses on the Body U Teens program, which offers eating disorder screening, prevention, and intervention services for adolescents in middle and high schools across Missouri. She is passionate about early intervention for eating disorders and enhancing access to resources throughout the state.

Aubrie Hampp is a research coordinator in the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Earlham College in 2014. Aubrie received her MSc. in Social and Applied Psychology from The University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Aubrie’s research has primarily focused on intergroup relations and group processes. She is passionate about eliminating systemic health inequity through the development and dissemination of policy-affective research.

Carli is a post-baccalaureate research coordinator at the Center for Healthy Weight and Wellness. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brigham Young University in 2023. Carli is primarily interested in increasing access to evidence-based interventions for individuals with eating disorders, especially women and mothers in underserved and underrepresented communities. She plans to get her PhD in Clinical Psychology, and enjoys playing pickleball & lacrosse, weightlifting, trying new food, and spending time with family!

She completed her internship with Georgia Southern University with an emphasis in School Nutrition. Her background is in weight management and Bariatric surgery population. Through evidenced based education and mindful healthy habits, Allie helps individuals to reach their personal health goals.

She primarily works with families enrolled in the TEAM UP program, providing family-based treatment for weight management. Gina completed her MSW at the University of Missouri in Columbia and is now a Licensed Master Social Worker.

Erin McGraw is a Registered Dietitian for My Way to Health. She received her B.S. in Health and Sports Studies from Miami University, and completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University with an emphasis in pediatrics. In 2019 she earned her Master of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University. Erin’s passion lies in connecting with others and cultivating a collaborative and realistic approach to nourishing the body.

Corinne McMahon is a Registered Dietitian for TEAM UP where she provides health coaching services for families in the St. Louis area. Corinne received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University, where she subsequently completed her Dietetic Internship and her Masters in Nutrition. Corinne has always had a passion working with people, especially children. In her current role she is able to use that passion to help clients implement small changes to create a healthier, more mindful, lifestyle.

Lisa Tigges is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for healthy, delicious eating. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a Culinary Emphasis from Saint Louis University, where she subsequently completed her Dietetic Internship. Upon graduating, she relocated to Washington D.C. to work at a non-profit organization providing nutrition and meal support to individuals challenged with life-threatening illnesses. Lisa later pursued a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama and returned to St. Louis to work at Washington University School of Medicine. As the lead dietitian for the MyWay to Health employee wellness program at WashU, Lisa empowers individuals with nutrition knowledge and kitchen confidence to help individuals discover their personal path to wellness.

Reshaunda Thornton is a Registered Dietitian for MyWay to Health. She received a B.S. in Biology (plus a minor in Psychology) at Stephen F. Austin University. She moved to St. Louis to complete her second B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics at Kansas State University and dietetic internship at Iowa State University. Reshaunda also earned her M.S. in Human Nutrition with an emphasis on Human Performance at Logan University. As a specialist in sports dietetics, Reshaunda is passionate about physical activity and emphasizes the importance of proper nutrition—which includes not only fueling and feeding our bodies but also building a healthy relationship with food.
